La persona mayor del mostrador tiene MUY POCA paciencia y no debería atender a publico en general NO importa su relación con el negocio. Esta persona llego al grado de molestarse y hasta decirme que estaba perdiendo su tiempo cuando ERA EL UNICO CLIENTE EN EL MOMENTO no habai nadie mas que el y yo. Ahora bien, vale la pena mencionar que la tienda es muy buena en su surtido y variedad de producto, eso no lo pongo en duda, pero la atención al cliente es o debería ser un tema critico para cualquier negocio, EN CUALQUIER GIRO, se debe de cuidar este tema en particular. fINALMENTE yo nunca fui grosero Y MANTUVE LA CALMA, PERO YO NO VUELVO A IR A ESTE LUGAR NI RECOMENDARLO. Ojalá sirva esta información a otros posibles cliente, en breve pondré aquí mi experiencia con otras tiendas para que tengan opciones de compra. Gracias..... También tengo clientes en otros estados y les gustan los resortes para cama de pilates porque salen muy buenos y no son tan caros como los traídos de Estados Unidos en dólares. Me piden mucho los de suspensión para tsuru y para uber de diferentes modelos chicos porque los necesitan reforzados. me gusta que me responden por facbook y por WhatsApp. In Monterrey I have received very good comments from the Detroit Springs, the trampoline bed ramp, individual trampoline and the exercise bars. El costo fue muy bueno en comparación con otros fabricantes o proveedores y con una calidad excelente.
