Rest And Recover - 45110 Zapopan

This place made our whole experience beautiful and stress free. The staff is fantastic, compassionate, friendly and just beautiful human beings all around. The house its self is gorgeous and the rooms where spacious,comfortable and relaxing. Perfect place to recover and rest from the medical procedures. The owner Vicente is just the most outstanding person and full of compassion and understanding. Of course his two beautiful bulldogs add the next level of charm to the whole experience. Thank you so much for everything you and your staff have done for us.

Horrible with appointments they always took me late to every appointment even if I lied to them saying my appointment was an hour earlier they still managed to take me late, no one helped with medications, not really a safe place for after surgery you need someone to help or it will be really difficult. If you ask them to wash your faja literally takes them almost a whole day to return it.

Amazing service. Felt very welcome and well taken care of. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and tey were always ready to assist me. Highly recommend this place for you to recover. Super close to hospital and shopping center.

Negative Reviews are correct, DO NOT STAY HERE if you are an international patient. Just stay at a major hotel chain, such as a Marriott and just uber to locations. I would recommend someone come with you as well. This location will NEVER remember to take you to your simple appointment times and dates. You will miss your appointments.

Vicente and his staff are amazing! Having surgery in a foreign country is stressful, but it felt like I was staying with family. I'm a picky eater and Sonya always kept me well fed. Everything about by stay was great :)

Very nice people and the cutest doggie ever. Very homey feel, feels like you’re with family and they’re taking care of you. I had everything I needed for my FFS surgery recovery and they clean your room everyday and take you where ever you need. I said something about liking soup and they made me soup often since I was the only patient for the first half of my stay. Everything went smoothly and I’ll be happy to return when or if I get a second surgery. Gracias un abrazo <3

I stayed here for 7 days following my surgery. I truly had an amazing time. Vicente and the staff were so kind and caring. I was the only guest here for the visit and I felt like part of the family. Home cooked meals 3 times a day in a beautiful home! My room was large with a king size bed and was cleaned regularly the staff often checked on me and I felt accommodated and taken care of. This was a huge surgery and something I was very scared for, I came here alone and I felt cared for, so I could just relax and not worry about anything until I return to Canada! I will be keeping in touch with Vicente and wish him and the staff all the best!

What a wonderful experience. I truly felt as if I was one of the family. I had to extend my stay as my surgery and recovery required it. Vicente and his staff were more then accommodating!.. they really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, from medical appointments to reminders of taking my medication as well as helping with practically showers and dressing of my surgeries. I can truly say the food was delicious! Sonia the chef was wonderful, always making sure food was hot and on time. Rooms were cleaned sanitized and cleaned daily. The kindness and treatment from the staff just made my stay so pleasant. I do recommend Rest and Recover to anyone staying in this area and is in need of a Recovery Home with the Home Feeling!! - I’ll definitely be back - Stellar Staff - Home Feeling - Delicious Food See you in 2022!
