★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se dice que este Bar es el más antiguo de Monterrey, al parecer tiene más de un siglo. Se encuentra ubicado en pleno centro de Monterrey justo frente al Mercado Juárez, es una zona que de noche puede no ser muy segura. El lugar es pequeño y cuenta con aire acondicionado y la clásica barra de cantina antigua, y las mesas y sillas son sencillas, propias de un Bar de clase socio económica entre C y D, pero te encontrarás ocasionalmente gente de todo tipo. El barman que también atiende la barra es amable a secas(como todo barman de cantina) Las meseras son más amables. Además cuenta con varias TV'S por las que transmiten principalmente eventos deportivos. También cuenta con una moderna sinfonola que además de música contiene videos. La botana es regular pero también se puede pedir a la carta, yo no lo hice, ya que la higiene del lugar es regular. No cuenta con estacionamiento propio, pero hay muchos estacionamientos de cuota cercanos. No recomiendo ir muy tarde por la noche ni dejar tu auto en la calle. Los precios son buenos y la cerveza siempre la tienen bien fría. Este lugar lo recomiendo si quieres ir solo o con amigos a echar un trago en un lugar sencillo pero tradicional. (yo no llevaría a una dama)
It is said that this Bar is the oldest in Monterrey, it seems to be more than a century old. It is located in the heart of Monterrey just opposite the Mercado Juarez, is an area that may not be very safe at night. The place is small and has air conditioning and the classic old canteen bar, and the tables and chairs are simple, typical of a socio-economic class bar between C and D, but you will occasionally meet people of all kinds. The bartender who also serves the bar is friendly to dry (like all canteen bartenders) The waitresses are nicer. It also has several TV's that transmit mainly sporting events. It also has a modern jukebox that also contains music videos. The snack is regular but you can also order a la carte, I did not, as the hygiene of the place is regular. It does not have its own parking, but there are many parking lots nearby. I do not recommend going very late at night or leaving your car on the street. The prices are good and the beer is always cold. I recommend this place if you want to go alone or with friends to have a drink in a simple but traditional place. (I would not take a lady)

Y sobre todo te dan botana para acompañar sin ningún costo como en la vieja escuela. Ambiente muy ameno aunque no es familiar.
