★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No le nombraria un Restaurante Buffet, ya que en efecto hay diferentes platillos exhibidos pero el servicio no es de un tipo Buffet, ya que quien sirve es una persona y el comensal solo especifica que platillo quiere y si lo quiere con 1 o 2 guisos.
I would not name it a Buffet Restaurant, since in effect there are different dishes displayed but the service is not of a Buffet type, since the one who serves is a person and the diner only specifies what dish he wants and if he wants it with 1 or 2 stews.
