A	Angela Guerrero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La semana pasada llamamos de mi trabajo 30-40min. antes para pedir comida y recogerla a las 2pm. Dijeron que sin problema pasaramos a esa hora pero al llegar al restaurante no fue así, no había mucha gente y nos hicieron esperar 25min, no uvieron ninguna cortesía por haber quedado mal y tampoco se disculparon por no cumplir y retrasarse. Si pensaba regresar la verdad dudo mucho de que así sea. Last week we called from my job 30-40min. before to order food and pick it up at 2pm. They said that without problem we passed at that time but when we arrived at the restaurant it was not so, there were not many people and they made us wait 25min, they did not serve any courtesy for having been bad and they did not apologize for not complying and delaying. If I planned to return the truth, I doubt it will be so.
J	Jesús Jiménez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar, la comida es buena también sin llegar a ser excelente, la atención por parte del propietario es buena, en general es limpio el local, solamente el mobiliario es algo anticuado pero cumple con la función. Hay un estacionamiento muy pequeño. Good place, the food is good also without being excellent, the attention by the owner is good, in general the place is clean, only the furniture is somewhat outdated but it fulfills the function. There is a very small parking lot.

Los baños están en total descuido, se pidió papel ya que no había, quien atendía comento que "Aquí casi nunca ponen, más bien no ponen" pero amablemente me dió unas servilletas. Al final no había agua, ni para lavarse las manos, se le comentó al mesero y caminando su respuesta fue "ahorita sale agua", no había jabón, había un envase sucio de gel antibacterial con agua. Y de colmo saliendo del pasillo del baño unas cucarachas! En cuanto a la comida fue super tardado, el mesero cobraba cuentas y después pasaba al área de cocina a recoger platillos, servir cafés etc; NO hay higiene! agregando que las mesas están sucias y las sillas en mal estado, preferímos retirarnos del lugar! Lousy experience! The bathrooms are in total neglect, paper was requested since there was none, who attended commented that "Here they hardly ever put, rather they don't" but he kindly gave me some napkins. In the end there was no water, not even to wash your hands, the waiter was told and walking his response was "water is coming out right now", there was no soap, there was a dirty container of antibacterial gel with water. And to top it off, coming out of the bathroom corridor, some cockroaches! As for the food, it was super slow, the waiter collected bills and then went to the kitchen area to pick up dishes, serve coffee, etc.; NO hygiene! adding that the tables are dirty and the chairs in poor condition, we preferred to leave the place!

Instalaciones oscuras, medio lúgubres, baños espantosos, de verdad les hace mucha mucha falta una remodelación. Están en un punto excelente, es un restaurante antiguo, aprovechen el concepto y mejorenlo. Lo único rescatable es la amabilidad de los meseros, fuera de ahí todo mal. Tasteless food, you can see that it is reheated food, expensive for what it offers, I will definitely not return. Dark facility, kind of dingy, awful bathrooms, really badly in need of a makeover. They are in an excellent point, it is an old restaurant, take advantage of the concept and improve it. The only thing that can be redeemed is the kindness of the waiters, apart from that everything is bad.
