M	Martha Rodríguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente nos tocó pésimo servicio,ahora sí q nos dieron gato por liebre,pq pedimos un platillo y se nos llevó otro,pq no había lo q pedimos, pero así sin nuestro consentimiento nos llevaron lo q se les ocurrió,eso deja muy mal al lugar,aunq esté bonito,ya no vuelve uno. Sorry por ser tan franca. Unfortunately we got terrible service, now they gave us a pig in a poke, because we asked for one dish and they took another one, because there was not what we asked for, but without our consent they took us what they came up with, that leaves the restaurant very bad place, even if it is beautiful, one does not come back. Sorry for being so frank.
D	Daniela Contreras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar bonito pero es cierto no tienen varias cosas en el menú de 5 platillos solo la ARRACHERA estuvo súper corriosa el servicio es lento pero creo que eso pasa en general también vine en temporada baja The place is nice but it is true they do not have several things on the 5-course menu only the ARRACHERA was super fast the service is slow but I think that happens in general I also came in low season

Los precios son increíblemente accesibles para tan excelente sabor y atención. El restaurante está en las mismas instalaciones del hotel Cascadas Inn, con amplias, cómodas y confortables habitaciones. Esta muy cerca de todas las tiendas de artesanías y la estación del Chepe. Lo recomiendo para todo el que visite el pueblo Mágico de Creel Chihuahua. Un verdadero placer visitar este hermoso lugar!! Excellent facilities, very nice, very attractive and with first class service and attention! The food is prepared instantly and very rich. The prices are incredibly affordable for such excellent taste and service. The restaurant is in the same facilities as the Cascadas Inn hotel, with spacious, convenient and comfortable rooms. It is very close to all the craft shops and the Chepe station. I recommend it for everyone who visits the Magical Town of Creel Chihuahua. A real pleasure to visit this beautiful place!!

Está muy bonito el lugar pero no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. Terrible service. The food is so-so, but they take ages to serve, I asked for a drink when I arrived, I finished eating and they never served me the drink. The place is very nice but I do not recommend it at all.

Los meseros muy amables. The prices seem to me to be less the same as in any of the other restaurants in Creel. The food is delicious and they serve good proportions. Very friendly servers.

B	Brenda Sanders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant itself was nice and beautifully decorated, however the service left much to be desired. Me and my husband Jeff went in just for drinks. The first day, I had a sangria with fruit, and that was good, but I initially wanted a glass of wine, which they had. The waitress requested that I order something else, because apparently they didn’t feel like opening a bottle of wine. The next day, the same problem, so we ended up ordering what was supposed to be a margarita, but it resembled a pink slushy. What really irritated me was the fact I saw another woman who happened to be drinking a glass of wine! Honestly the main reason we came here was because of a canine friend who followed us. The manager sprayed our precious dog with water to chase him out, even though it was clear we wanted him there. There are better places to get food and drinks, and also places that actually know how to open wine and who welcome dogs. PS. The wine in the photo is from a restaurant in El Fuerte, where they actually believe in serving me what I requested. ?
