★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was formal and excellent. The food was well prepared and tasty. My BBQ pork ribs were a little dry ( over cooked) but the corn souffle was delicious. The website indicated live music but there was none. Perhaps this is why only one other table for dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, what an experience! We thought there might be live music but there was the most lively mariachi band I've ever seen, between them and the manager, it was an unforgettable experience. And that just set the tone for everything else.
All of us thought our dishes were the best one of those we'd had, not just in Ajijic but period. The fish florentine was fantastic, with spinach, baked potatoes, vegetables and a dessert like corn souffle. The vegetable lasagna came with a delicious salad, and was definitely one of the best lasagnas I've had. The margaritas were good, the bloody mary better, and the tequila that was freely flowing certainly didn't hurt. The desserts (ice cream with chocolate covered strawberries) was also delicious.
