On a utilisé un kayak pendant 1h15 et en arrivant, ils ont voulu nous facturer 2h30 !
On a du négocier pour arriver à 1h30 pour 600 pesos !!!! Voleurs !
Par ailleurs, on a malheureusement eu un petit accident sur le trajet et nous avons perdue une rame à cause d'une vague trop forte, qui a coulée directement au fond de l'eau. Ils ont facturé la rame 1500 pesos !!! Des voleurs notables dont l'établissement sera signalé à la police.
Touristes, vacanciers et autres visiteurs, fuyez cet endroit, au risque d'être escroqué à votre tour.

We used a kayak for 1h15 and when we arrived, they wanted to charge us 2h30!
We had to negotiate to arrive at 1:30 for 600 pesos!!!! Thieves!
In addition, we unfortunately had a small accident on the way and we lost an oar because of a wave that was too strong, which sank directly to the bottom of the water. They charged 1500 pesos for the train!!! Notable thieves whose establishment will be reported to the police.
Tourists, vacationers and other visitors, flee this place, at the risk of being cheated in your turn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you don't have all day, do not go there. They promised us a boat tour from 11:00. We had been waiting for more than an hour and nothing. In addition, in the meantime, they promised several times start of the tour in 10 minutes. The reason of the delay was different every moment :-/

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam. Try to avoid this place for jet ski rentals. Jet skis were broken. The owner refused to return the cash which we payed upfront. The supposedly fun trip we‘ve planned ended up to be a total disaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We and other couples had a collective boat tour booked. It should have started at 11am, we arrived 15 minutes in advance. After 30 minutes of waiting we were promised to depart in 15 minutes, for sure... And were promised a drink for waiting. Nothing happened and finally, after 1,5 hour we left, noone reacted, no drinks, no apology... It might have been a bad luck, but those guys just lied to us a couple times. Go somewhere else, I cannot recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The day prior, we reserved kayaks for 7 am to leave before sunrise and left a deposit for the reservation. When we arrived in the morning, there was a sunrise tour leaving at the same time and there were no kayaks left for us, the person handing out the kayaks could not help us further because he had to leave with the tour. There was nobody at the front desk to help us so we left and had to hurry to find kayaks somewhere else to still make it before sunrise. When we came back for our deposit, the person at the front desk gave us our deposit back and behaved like this happens more often..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happened to walk by and stayed for dinner. Everything was great. The service was excellent. We had two burgers and some guacamole that were very tasty. We happened to be there for happy hour and got two for one drinks. Very tasty mojitos and gin and tonics. Happy we stopped by. The view while eating was stunning.
