We had chamarones 2 different ways. Fluffy rice, ensalada amazing salsas homemade tostadas...perfect. and the view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are residentes nuevo to the area and have visted a couple of times since they reopened. This is a rural, family owned outside restaurant on the carretera between Tlachichilco and Mezcala with a grande, excelente covered awning y un $10 milion vista! The limited menu is tasty, hand-made tortillas and prepared in a kitchen cooked with a wood fire oven outdoors. The staff are very friendly. Only a few beer types and sizes (and we love the michelada tambien), small cerveza (355 ml) and large (1 litre botellas)! The food is prepared well, but amigos, you are here for the most wonderful view of Lago de Chapala! Highly recommend!
