Precio justo.
Mi único comentario es el "chimichurri", OJO, mucha atención en ese detalle, solo era aceite de olivo con alguna hierba picada, TACHE!!!

En estos tiempos de pandemia, la sana distancia y la higiene son esenciales: aquí lo cumplen al pie de la letra. Desde el hostess que te toma la temperatura y te ofrece alcohol en gel para tus manos, pasando por los meseros (todos muy bien protegidos con su cubrebocas, su careta, guantes y mandil) que limpian la mesa antes y después de su uso, hasta llegar al dueño y chef que, sin duda, cumple todas las medidas necesarias para que este lugar sea uno seguro, en tiempos de Covid.
Aparte de todo ello, que es super importante, la calidad de los alimentos, que sin duda siempre les quedan exquisitos, y de las bebidas que ahí tienen, es buenísima. Yo no suelo pedir vino para acompañar algún corte, pero es necesario señalar tienen una gran variedad de vinos que te pueden recomendar (todo el personal está preparado para ello). Los cócteles, pfff, son de lo mejor y muchas veces se puede tener la suerte de que Oliver, el chef, te preparé uno ?.
A todo ello hay que agregarle el ambiente: orientado al jazz, pero siempre abierto a que también puedas disfrutar de un buen blues, rock y/o algo más tranquilo.
En resumidas cuentas, el ambiente, la calidad de los alimentos y bebidas, el sabor y la higiene valen lo que cuesta (y no es caro comparado con otros restaurantes). 100% recomendando!
This place is just excellent.
In these times of pandemic, healthy distance and hygiene are essential: here they fulfill it to the letter. From the hostess who takes your temperature and offers you alcohol gel for your hands, through the waiters (all very well protected with their mask, mask, gloves and apron) who clean the table before and after use, to reach the owner and chef who, without a doubt, complies with all the necessary measures to make this place a safe one, in times of Covid.
Apart from all this, which is super important, the quality of the food, which is undoubtedly delicious, and the drinks that they have there, is very good. I don't usually order wine to accompany a cut, but it is necessary to point out that they have a great variety of wines that they can recommend (all the staff are prepared for it). The cocktails, pfff, they are the best and many times you can be lucky that Oliver, the chef, prepared one for you ?.
To all this we must add the atmosphere: oriented to jazz, but always open to the fact that you can also enjoy a good blues, rock and / or something calmer.
In short, the atmosphere, the quality of the food and drinks, the taste and the hygiene are worth the price (and not expensive compared to other restaurants). 100% recommending!

En este lugar es delicioso el dip que tiene ajo, acompañado con pan o unos palitos.
Me encantó para compartir el tuétano con escamoles.
El guacamole es para toda la familia pues no pica, así que las y los niños lo podrán disfrutar tanto como los adultos.
El pecho de ternera se corta como mantequilla con cuchillo caliente. Es delicioso.
La atención de Oliver es la de un amigo. Un lugar acogedor y con excelente ubicación.

In this place the dip that has garlic is delicious, accompanied with bread or some sticks.
I loved to share the marrow with escamoles.
Guacamole is for the whole family as it is not spicy, so children can enjoy it as much as adults.
The brisket of veal is cut like butter with a hot knife. It's delicious.
Oliver's attention is that of a friend. A cozy place with an excellent location.
