★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't expecting to find a lot of Mexican vegetarian food, but I was wrong! Corazón has fantastic and wholesome food, prepared fresh, which is as tasty as it is healthful.
I recommend it, even though I'm not vegetarian. Whenever I eat here, I leave feeling energetic and vital. It's a hidden gem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Gem of gems!!!I don't normally write reviews but I am compelled to in this situation. The absolutely BEST vegan food I have ever had and I've been eating it for over a decade. The love and passion that is poured into this food tremendous!! Magdalena is a brilliant cook and her love and passion is very apparent when u meet her. It was such an amazing experience and one I will treasure forever, that's how good my experience was. The frozen jackfruit, veggie fettuccine, jackfruit lasagna, tapioca pudding, etc etc the list goes on. If anyone travels to Puerto Vallarta or is in the area, please go and make it a point to eat here. You will not be disappointed! We will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best vegan/vegetarian restaurant in PV. Menu changes on a daily basis and it comes as a 3-course meal. The owner is super creative with her plates, using ingredients in season and in ways you would never expect. Highly recommend!!!
