Hooooh you sure gotta bring a whole lot of that thing called patience cause the food takes a while, but it's delicious though

Food not to good. Service was terrible . Waited over an hour for our food and when it arrived it was cold already. Definitely would not recommend it to anybody

Ordered a simple shrimp cocktail and had to wait very long. Everyone on our table was finished eating yet. Was delicious though; it just had to many cucumbers in it.

The food took way to long to make way to long! I ordered chimichangas and the staff said it would be ready in 30 min. But turns out one hour and a half later they ask what type of meat I want in the chimichanga,what?! Now u ask what type of meat when it was sopposed to be ready one hour and a half ago!

We waited a full hr for our food and not one offer to refill coffee or drinks the staff is so not trained at all they Seam so oblivious, excelent location

Waited an hour for our food !!! Just my husband & I ! And the “ SAME” song played the whole time we were there!!!! Food was good but the wait seemed like forever ?

The staff and service was very good, the environment is made to feel very rustic, the plates and cups are made of an earthy material. It’s an experience that much is certainly true. The food tasted pretty good considering it’s price range.

Don't believe all the ratings from several months ago. The service is prompt and timely. Attention was impeccable, and the food is absolutely DELICIOUS, including the side dishes. The rustic earthen tableware, brick construction, and rustic decor make for a medieval or colonial feel. The music volume was just right, could listen to it if you wanted to, but doesn't interfere with a normal conversation tone. Drinks are served with exactly the right amount of ice, a rare plus. Most notably, this is one of the few places in a wide area around here where you can get a steak done just as you order it. Mine was medium-well, to perfection. The value to cost ratio is outstanding. You'd easily pay twice as much for this quality in any other restaurant. Not crowded, though has the seating to become so. HIGHLY recommend, and plan on returning frequently. The Menu books need improvement. The images are too dark, wrong colors, and lack descriptions. Salsas could also improve, but they're good enough. Same goes for desserts. Wouldn't hurt to have a backup waiter, since the kitchen personnel do lend a frequent hand, and aren't dressed as waiters. Image matters.
