★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view is amazing. It's a great location with an amazing view of the Plaza unfortunately its high price and the food quality is just average. We tried several dishes and each one of them underwhelmed. Just kind of bland and lacking a lot of flavor or care. Sad. We had high hopes

I liked the lovely and old place that is full of antique stuffs.
Food were not as good and the place is not clean.
