★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Birria is one of Guadalajara musts! And this restaurant is one of the best. They serve a wide variety of birria and other Mexican food delights. Service is good and they have a nice garden area where you can organize your private parties or barbecues, were you order all food from Te restaurant and you have freedom to bring whatever spirits you'd like to enjoy. This is very nice and convenient.
I suggest to ask for the low fat birria (can't remember the name). But this low fat birria is the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great coffee de la Hoya (a Mexican classic). The chorizo Gorditas where delicious. The horchata was prefect. The grilled Jalapenos stuffed with cheese where good. And the Gorditas with beans and cactus where good. Definitely going to come back. Go early though the wait gets a bit crazy by late morning if you are going for breakfast.
