El restaurante Bar La Lonja ea un buen restaurante que debes de visitar si vas a la ciudad de tehuacan, El personal es amable y muy atento, los precios son accesibles el restaurante se encuentra a un lado del parque principal. Yo fui a este restaurante a probar el tradicional platillo de Mole de Caderas que es un platillo tradicional de carne de chivo o borrego de la región de tehuacan. Es considerado uno de los platillos más importantes en los estados de Puebla y Oaxaca, debido a la prolongada crianza y cuidados en la preparación del animal -del cual se aprovecha la totalidad de la carne. El sabor del platillo es característico de la carne de los chivos que son llevados durante un trayecto de un año pastando a través de las regiones del sur del estado de Puebla y del norte de Oaxaca, alimentando al ganado solo con abundantes cantidades de sal y manzana, se mantienen hidratados solo por agua de limón. El 20 de octubre de cada año se lleva a cabo en Tehuacán el festival de la matanza, en la que hay bailes y danzas como la denominada danza de la matanza. El platillo si es un poco caro pero vale la pena porque es muy rico y más si lo acompañas con una cerveza

Un lugar clásico para comer o tomar un café en Tehuacán. El lugar está frente al parque principal y cerca de la catedral. La comida es buena y la atención eficiente.

I went here because apparently, it was a popular local place. I was disappointed. Food was generic at best, and for the prices we paid, we could have went to a tastier place instead.

A nice and relaxing place with a good mole dish. The bread was fine but would've been better had they been warm instead of cold. The fruit cocktail was adequate although quite overpriced ($50) for quite a small cup. The drink was smaller than expected but I think it's healthy without added sugar.
