Yo fui a este restaurante a probar el tradicional platillo de Mole de Caderas que es un platillo tradicional de carne de chivo o borrego de la región de tehuacan. Es considerado uno de los platillos más importantes en los estados de Puebla y Oaxaca, debido a la prolongada crianza y cuidados en la preparación del animal -del cual se aprovecha la totalidad de la carne. The fruit cocktail was adequate although quite overpriced ($50) for quite a small cup. The drink was smaller than expected but I think it's healthy without added sugar.
