★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo que decir que llegué a este establecimiento como el borras pero terminó con una grata sorpresa. Esta pandemia me ha llevado a ver demasiados programas y videos de comida y muchos son de Tijuana donde se supone que se originó este platillo "quesibirria". En esta ocasión probé la quesabirria jumbo de harina que viene acompañada de su respectivo consomé y fue gratamente un buen maridaje, además viene con respectiva salsa levanta muertos. No olviden sopear cada bocado en el consomé para vivir mejor esta experiencia!!!
 I have to say that I arrived at this establishment like the youre but it ended with a pleasant surprise. This pandemic has led me to watch too many food programs and videos and many are from Tijuana where this "quesibirria" dish is supposed to have originated. This time I tried the jumbo flour quesabirria that is accompanied by its respective consommé and it was a pleasantly good pairing, it also comes with the respective rose-dead sauce. Do not forget to weigh each bite in the consommé to better live this experience !!!

The flour Quesibirria is delicious! Highly recommended! And very well served, with a Special Jumbo we ate 2 people and we were super full! The sauce is spicy and very rich!

Solo tienen pozole y menudo recalentado
Las mesas no cuentan con servilleteros, saleros, etc
El sazón es precario y los ingredientes son de baja calidad
El lugar está obscuro
Los baños no bien limpios
El jabón para lavarse las manos es detergente foca
La dueña, encargada, ofrece disculpas por las deficiencias
Muchas áreas de oportunidad
La mesera no sabe que dice la carta con respecto a lo que ofrecen

They offer a menu of which they do not have the dishes, preparing some chilaquiles takes them 25 minutes and they do not serve them as the menu offers
They only have pozole and often reheated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Había escuchado mucho de este lugar, y vaya que fué placentero probarlo su comida al fin.
No solo las porciones son grandes y con carne y queso en cantidad, si no que el sabor del consomé y su aroma, la presentación de los platos, todo está en harmonía cuando hundes tu quesibirria en el caldo espeso, y si(como yo) nunca habías probado esta combinación, te sorprendes con los conjuros de las gastronomía mexicana, en esa combinación húmeda de queso derretido, carne deshebrada y consomé aromático.
I had heard a lot about this place, and boy was it a pleasure to try their food at last.
Not only are the portions large and with plenty of meat and cheese, but also the flavor of the consommé and its aroma, the presentation of the dishes, everything is in harmony when you dip your quesibirria in the thick broth, and yes (like me) You have never tried this combination before, you are surprised by the spells of Mexican gastronomy, in that wet combination of melted cheese, shredded meat and aromatic consommé.
