★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De primera impresión yo no volvería, ya que, en la comida (solo en un platillo) había trozos de cerillos usados (adjunto foto del indicio), puedo entender que haya sido un accidente o un descuido, pero, ¿cómo pudo ser que se les hayan colado esos trozos de cerillos?. Pero en fin, yo realmente no volvería al establecimiento nunca.
Mi recomendación es que sean más cuidadoso a la hora de emplatar, que tenga bien establecidos sus procesos y que tengan lineamientos técnicos de seguridad sanitaria, todo lo anterior para que sea un establecimiento hecho y derecho, además para que destaque de los demás, creo que si mejora lo anteriormente dicho destacaría fácilmente.
Finalmente, creo que este establecimiento transmite muy poca seguridad sanitaria y un poco de paz, pero, un punto a aclarar sobre la poca seguridad sanitaria es que en la mayoría de los establecimientos alrededor esta es muy escaza, a menos que se acuda a una franquicia ya establecida, pero, no creo que encontremos algo mejor en los establecimientos locales. Tienen algunas áreas de oportunidad, espero que mejoren.
From the first impression I would not return, since, in the food (only in a plate) there were pieces of used matches (attached photo of the sign), I can understand that it was an accident or a carelessness, but how could it be that it was have they strained those pieces of matches? But anyway, I really would never go back to the establishment.
My recommendation is that they be more careful when it comes to plating, that they have their processes well established and that they have technical health safety guidelines, all of the above so that it is a full-fledged establishment, as well as to stand out from the others, I think If you improve the above, it would stand out easily.
Finally, I think that this establishment transmits very little health security and a bit of peace, but, a point to clarify about the little health security is that in most of the establishments around it this is very scarce, unless you go to a franchise already established, but, I don't think we will find better in local establishments. They have some areas of opportunity, I hope they improve.
