Deberían tener una filosofía de servicio al cliente. Espero el líder del restaurante haga inculque a sus colaboradores un buen servicio con sus empleados...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es de primera calidad. El mesero René fue muy atento y respetuoso todo el tiempo, tanto que decidí hacer todas mis comidas en este lugar, durante mi viaje a Acapulco.
Los alimentos son impresionantes y también tienen algunas bebidas bastante interesantes. No se pueden perder la piña rellena de mariscos (hay variedad de opciones para el relleno) y los chilaquiles para desayunar son simplemente sublimes, ya que la salsa verde tiene un sazón que nunca había probado antes.
No soy fan de los ceviches, pero el ceviche de cazón de Lupita está muy por encima de lo que generalmente se sirve como estándar en este tipo de platillos, y sin duda, la joya de la corona fue la mojarra frita en salsa diabla, que fue toda una revelación.
Quedé muy sorprendido al conocer que la cocinera también es la dueña del restaurante, una persona muy cálida y profesional, al igual que sus hijos, quienes también dan servicio en el lugar.
Sin duda recomiendo el Restaurant Lupita, que además de todo es un negocio de tradición familiar donde fui recibido con los brazos abiertos.
Sin duda volveré muy pronto.
The service is top quality. The waiter René was very attentive and respectful all the time, so much so that I decided to make all my meals in this place, during my trip to Acapulco.
The foods are awesome and they also have some pretty cool drinks. The seafood stuffed pineapple is not to be missed (there are a variety of options for the filling) and the chilaquiles for breakfast are simply sublime, as the green sauce has a seasoning that I have never tasted before.
I'm not a fan of ceviches, but Lupita's dogfish ceviche is well above what is generally served as a standard in this type of dish, and without a doubt, the jewel in the crown was the mojarra fried in diabla sauce, which It was quite a revelation.
I was very surprised to learn that the cook is also the owner of the restaurant, a very warm and professional person, as well as her children, who also provide service in the place.
Without a doubt, I recommend Restaurant Lupita, which in addition to everything is a family tradition business where I was received with open arms.
