★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues el menudo en si NO lo.lavan como es pues conserva un sabor muy distinto, por lo q muy bueno no está por ese detalle. Deberían de lavarlo a conciencia antes de su.coccion para quitar ese sabor.
Las tortillas las ponen frias y las van recalientan para no se les quede.
Bien dicen crea fama y echate a dormir
Well, the menudo itself is NOT washed as it is because it retains a very different flavor, so it is not very good for that detail. They should be washed thoroughly before cooking to remove that flavor.
The tortillas put them cold and they are reheated so they do not stay.
Well they say create fame and go to sleep

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención fue buena desafortunadamente el menudo que nos sirvieron no fue de la mejor calidad ni nos dieron la carne que pedimos , se los hicimos saber y nos lo cambiaron y no nos cobraron ese plato .
No creo que volvamos habiendo más opciones en la zona
The attention was good unfortunately the menudo they served us was not of the best quality nor did they give us the meat we asked for, we let them know and they changed it for us and they did not charge us for that dish.
I don't think we will come back having more options in the area

Esta rico el menudo y atienden rápido ??
