X	Xiomara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was an incredible experience from the delicacy and taste of the food, to the customer service to the decor of the restaurant. We absolutely loved this Japanese Peruvian food fusion. We had a Pisco sour cocktail. Then chose your 4 course meal. Excellent server who went over the top with service and education about the food. If only my pictures could provide taste. My favorite part was the tamarind sauce on battered shrimp. The dessert was also heavenly.

The only reason I didn’t gave it 4 starts was because my main course had a lot of soy sauce and was way too salty (do not order the catch of the day wok dish). My partner ordered the pork main which I would recommended because their dish was amazing. And the dessert was so good!

S	Scott Farrell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had trouble figuring out which restaurants to book when we first got to the the resort. Because of that our options were limited when we did decide. We decided to take a chance on the Mashua and are we glad we did. The service was first rate as was the food. Jesus, our server, took incredible care of us from when we sat down until we left. He made suggestions and answered all our questions regarding the menu options. He was quick to get us drinks and the courses came out without issue. I had the Wasabi appetizer and the ramen soup. For the main course I had Udo with Chicken and finished up with Cherimoya meringue for dessert.
B	Brian Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Christian was our waiter and he did a wonderful job serving us. Super kind and friendly. We had ceviche which was fabulous. It had shrimp, tuna and octopus. Incredible flavors and amazing experience on the food palate. We had Salmon and Filet! Filet was super tender.

Ceviche was pretty much tasteless, Ramen was nothing but cold water with soy sauce, surf and turf acceptable but can be so much better. Octopus was really good but my salmon dry and overcooked when I asked for a Medium. Don't get me wrong, ambience, service and presentation does give you an upscale sense, but food was mediocre. We liked the resort buffet better.

The appetizer was also good but the texture confused me. Most people will love this place. I would certainly go again if given the opportunity. Probably would look up info on what each item was first. Wonderful staff.
