La experiencia Papablita es la de cocina de parrilla al carbón, de ricos cortes de carne a las brasas con su inigualable papa rellena, de la tradición de reunirse en familia a comer, de echar las cervezas con los amigos, de café y postre para hacer tiempo en lo que baja la lluvia.
En el centro de Tapachula y en el poniente de Tuxtla Gutiérrez desfilan sobre las brasas desde cortes y pechuga de pollo hasta tomates, chiles y cebollitas. Recetas del México norteño que se mezclan con el calor de hogar en el sur, en un ambiente relajado para disfrutar solo, en compañía o con toda la familia.
