★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came in for dinner at 8.30 pm and we were told kitchen would close 9.30 pm. We decided to stay, ordered drinks and when we were ready to order we were told they ran out of fish, meat and chicken so they could only offer shrimp or octopus.
Finally, when trying to order desserts and coffee the waiter told us they didn't have either.
Wish they had to told us the basically didn't have anything to offer when we first arrived instead of telling us when all other restaurants were closed.
The little food we ordered was average but the salads which were very poor and didn't taste at all.
Not coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jicama tacos. Just try to eat only one. Mexican seafood with a twist for sure. Maybe the best all-around meal we ate during our two weeks in Vallarta.
Super excellent service - fully attentive to everyone - including making us feel completely at home.
Maybe just happened to be the day, but we were able to talk with the chef, who basically gave us a menu tasting!
Shrimp Salbutes was our favorite appetizer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little restaurant in the Marina. I do not know what possessed me when I ordered the Caesar salad, it's just not that kind of place. I looked on enviously as my dinner mates ate the fish and shrimp dishes, which is clearly what you should be ordering here.... And of course the deserts. We had flan...mmmm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start off by saying the customer service is BEYOND EXCELLENT! Omar is a phenomenal waiter and we had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was so kind and generous. Secondly, let’s get started on this food man! We had 4 different appetizers & 3 different entrees & everything was to DIE FOR! From crab & fish empanadas, fish quesadilla and fish sticks. For our meal we had the Jicama light tacos & it’s honestly true to the name of being the customer favorite. The red snapper and the mahi mahi fish was also delightful. For drinks we had the passion fruit & mango smoothie. It’s a nice secluded spot you’ll miss but if you pass by it please give it a try. You won’t regret it. I hope you all get to experience this beautiful place soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Splash was amazing! I read the other reviews and thought this must be too good to be true. But it was just as amazing as everyone said! The drinks were creative and refreshing! The gobernador tacos were recommended by the server and they were delicious! The tacos light were also recommended and they were the best tacos I’ve had this whole week I’ve been in Puerto Vallarta! Great hospitality and such a great location with a nice view of the marine!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant about a 8 minute walk from our hotel is amazing! The service, the food, and atmosphere really made our experience great that we even came back multiple times during our trip. The manager Israel was awesome and us special mezcal drinks with beets and guava. I didn't even like mezcal, but Israel promised i would love it and I did! Made with fresh beets and guava too, we absolutely loved it and will always be back here for trips to PV.
Also, our bartender Jesus was great and very knowledgeable about tequila. He gave us so much insight on tequila and we loved it!
