★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este bufé pertenece a la línea marina Albatros quienes realizan tours a isla mujeres y puedes almorzar allí en general buen bufé pero agregaría más variedad en platos. Al lado se encuentra un letrero con un columpio que dice "Isla Mujeres" sobre el agua muy bonito donde te puedes sacar fotos
 This buffet belongs to the Albatros marine line who do tours to Isla Mujeres and you can have lunch there, in general a good buffet but I would add more variety in dishes. Next to it is a sign with a swing that says "Isla Mujeres" over the water, very nice where you can take photos

I would recommend booking with Cancun adventures for better price and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a waste of vacation. The staff were rude, especially Marianna. They talk you into upgrading to the “luxury” but don’t do it!!!! There is nothing luxury about it. They rush you the whole time until you get tho the island with bad food and the water is murky and not pretty at all. Manuel in the island was awesome! And Edgar was nice but everything else about this tour was TERRIBLE!!! Don’t waste your money or time with this company.

Lots of waiting in the sun to be taken to all the places they want you to shop and give them more money then the actual fun part (snorkeling) was only 15 mins, drinks were extremely watered down, lunch was aweful. This excursion is a total scam to sum it up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a very unorganized tour. Waited an hour to get on the boat in the heat, minimal shade. When we boarded the boat it was very overcrowded, and seating inside smelled like dirty socks. The crew were nice and entertaining but there seemed to be no schedule. We were told 1 time to meet to go to the other end of the island and then that was changed to a later time, then they started to find all of us because there delay wasn't as long as they thought so we could proceed. The entire tour was very much nickel and dime for everything. The best part was the shortest, which was snorkeling on the way back. Because everything was so delayed our transportation left and we had more waiting to get back to our resort. Next time we'll book through Cancun Adventures, had an awesome cenotes tour with them earlier in the week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute scam! Avoid at all costs!
Be prepared to wait an hour in the sun with no shade to get on your grossly overbooked (we're talking double the amount of people it comfortably seats) "luxury" catamaran. Nothing is as advertised!
From there your tours will include luxury nickel / diming you at every turn, including paying per person dock fees that should be included, renting your own golf cart that barely works, or being dropped off at a beach side souvenir store.
The best part was the 15 minutes of snorkeling at the end. Just go do that and avoid giving money to these scammers.
