★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The courtyard is beautiful to dine in. It’s a bit unassuming from the outside. It’s priced towards tourists but gives you a lovely comfortable experience where you could spend an hour slowly dining.
There’s apparently music and performers a couple nights a week.
The bathrooms were clean.
The waiter Daniel was very friendly and helpful with choosing dishes and making suggestions for our time in Merida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband was getting hungry, but it was early for lunch. We stumbled on Amaro and I am so glad we did. Great service, varied menu, lovely ambiance. Hubby had the shrimp pizza, I had the spinach salad, and our daughter had panuchos. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vibe of this place is amazing. It is not only a restaurant but also an art gallery. The staff is friendly, the cocktails are amazing (and affordable) and the live music is nice. The food however was oke (not bad either, just average but for this restaurant you would expect above average).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a crown jewel of restraunts in center city Merida. It's so good l chose this place twice before we left. On weekends there is a singer he serenaded us as we eat at 8pm+. The alcohol and food plus appetizers for 2 was a total of 1330 pesos or $77.US dollars. The Mayan pizza is a must try. We had Carne Asada w mushroom & avocado it was to die for! The Pina coladas were very good. A good size menu. Very clean w outdoor seating. Excellent bartender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful place with an amazing musician performing. I don't know if he's there all the time, but he was not only very very good, it was perfect for dining. The waiter was very attentive. The dish I had was quite good, as well. I will be returning before i leave Merida. Very nice experience.
