★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the freshest trout in our lives. Both our plates were phenomenal. The kindest woman just goes down to her mini trout farm from clear mountain waters, then scoops it out, wrings it, cleans it and wallah!
Mine was stuffed with Oaxacan cheese bathed in a nut hot pepper sauce....divine!
She later showed us her plants and orchids she had grown and let us walk around the grounds by the river. So so sweet
