Falta más personal para lograr atención de calidad, ya que el personal que estaba andaba corriendo siempre con muchas peticiones, café, tortillas, cubiertos, etc. Y por lo mismo tardaban en atender. De ahí en fuera un lugar agradable y rico. Variety in food, good seasoning. There is a lack of more staff to achieve quality care, since the staff was always running around with many requests, coffee, tortillas, cutlery, etc. And for the same reason they took time to respond. Los meseros y todo el personal se visten con ropa de calle, lo que los hace muy difícil de identificar para ordenar, el servicio tardó 10 minutos en llegar y nuestros alimentos tardaron 40 minutos en total. Además, las mesas y sillas se encontraban siempre amontonadas porque se les ocurre realizar la limpieza del restaurante a las 10 de la mañana y mientras los comensales están desayunando. Todo esto podría dejarlo pasar como una mala racha o mala suerte (repito que adoraba este restaurante). Lo inaceptable fue que, aún después de 40 minutos, mi desayuno tenía un aspecto horrible, no sólo se veía hecho al aventón y sin ganas, como si se les hubiera olvidado y lo intentaran arreglar en 5 minutos, sino que su sabor tenía exactamente el mismo aspecto. Preparar un Croque Madame (que prácticamente es un sándwich) no debería tomar tanto tiempo. He visto como este restaurante ha estado decayendo lentamente y sinceramente espero que mejore porque es un lugar muy bonito y confío en que el chef sabrá administrarlo mejor. Espero que si alguno va, tenga mejor suerte que yo y pueda probar el verdadero sabor de Bambú Limón. I have been visiting this restaurant for several years now and considered it one of my favorite breakfast spots; exquisite food at a good price in a nice and cozy place; however, my recent visits have left much to be desired in all respects. Waiters and all staff dress in street clothes making them very hard to spot to order, service took 10 minutes to arrive and our food took 40 minutes total. In addition, the tables and chairs were always piled up because it occurs to them to clean the restaurant at 10 in the morning and while the diners are having breakfast. All this could be dismissed as a losing streak or bad luck (again, I loved this restaurant). The unacceptable thing was that, even after 40 minutes, my breakfast looked horrible, not only did it look haphazardly made, as if they had forgotten about it and they were trying to fix it in 5 minutes, but it tasted exactly like same look. Preparing a Croque Madame (which is practically a sandwich) shouldn't take that long. I have seen how this restaurant has been slowly declining and I sincerely hope that it will improve because it is a very nice place and I trust that the chef will know how to manage it better. I hope that if anyone goes, they have better luck than me and can taste the true taste of Bambú Limón.
S	Sarah McGough on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is very clean, attentive, and beyond delicious. I will be back here again. I'm a huge foodie, and I was extremely impressed with the food! We had two different salads, and the pollo molate. The mole was done perfectly! Thank you Bambu Limon!
