★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rather disappointed by the food. The restaurant itself is BEAUTIFUL and had awesome live music. But I came for the food, not the experience, and was let down.
I ordered the Carbonara pasta and Especial/Rancho pizza. Pasta had very little sauce, bacon was not well cooked, fatty/chewy. The pizza base/crust was awful, thick and dry. Peppers were fresh, not cooked. Overall lacked flavor. As wild as it sounds, I wish I would have gone to Domino’s.
Would give 1 star but the ambience was top notch and friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was delicious, 4 cheese pasta or something like that. Beer sampler was also good. I enjoyed the bar, but I would've like a little bit of a more personal touch, to make you feel welcomed. I understand Sometimes waiters are in a rush, but I just felt some good vibe was missing.
Food was good, I give them that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old time San Miguel restaurant - a real institution that has been around for decades and recently changed locations. Several pretty open air courtyards, often with live music.
The margaritas are large (US Chili’s style, the food is okay - a lot of folks like the pizza. But come for the ambience, live music and pretty locale.

We had Lasagna and pizza (forgot the name). The sauces of pizza and lasagna needs to add more flavor. . If you're looking for an authentic italian tastes, this is not the right place in SMA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for the atmosphere, 3 stars for the food. Be prepared to wait AWHILE to be seated. We sat at the bar and grabbed a couple of drinks while we waited. Their piña colada is really good! Their pastas are fair but not that great at all.
