★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen publicado un horario llegué 2 horas antes de su cierre y me dijeron que ya estaba cerrado, no permitieron siquiera pasar a conocer el lugar pésima atención.
 They have published a schedule I arrived 2 hours before its closure and they told me that it was already closed, they did not even allow to go to know the lousy place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible servicio. Esta es la segunda vez con mala experiencia. Venia con un grupo de 15 y nos condicionaron los lugares a pesar de que estaba vacío el lugar. Encima de todo la mesera nos da el menú con un desdén increíble. Nos mandaron al pasto pero igual no tenían servicio de bebidas así que amigos, Voy de salda en busca de otro lugar donde quieran tener clientes que paguen.
Horrible service. This is the second time with bad experience. I came with a group of 15 and we conditioned the places even though the place was empty. Above all the waitress gives us the menu with an incredible disdain. They sent us to the grass but they did not have drinks service so, friends, I'm going to look for another place where they want to have paying customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, los chavos de servicio, se esfuerzan al máximo por atenderte. La comida bien, buen sabor y sazón. El ambiente muy agradable, privado y acogedor.
Perfecto para una comida o cena que te puede llevar a una sobremesa de tiempo alargado. Regreso sin duda alguna.
Excellent service, the service guys, try their best to assist you. The food well, good flavor and seasoning. The very pleasant, private and cozy atmosphere.
Perfect for a lunch or dinner that can take you to an extended time table. I will return without a doubt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar, el concepto es muy intimo, acogedor, hay un pianista de jazz en vivo por la noche, y el concepto de tener osos de peluche gigantes por todos lados lo hace aún mejor, la comida es muy buena, pero la experiencia te la da el lugar como tal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food and decor. Would def earn an extra star if the music selection was more appropriate (reggaeton doesn’t really fit the atmosphere), and if the servers had better wine knowledge. Regardless, this place is a must if you’re visiting Ixtapan de La Sal.
