Pruebala con un poco de salsa picante, clásica para este manjar, elaborada con chiles secos típicos de la región para acompañar este platillo.
acompañamientos como limon fresco, cebolla picada, chiles habaneros desflemados con vinagre, si eres mas aguerrido, cilantro..
y para terminar, y no por ser mencionadas al ultimo menos importantes, tortillas de maiz recién hechas..
De las mejores birrias que he comido en Jalisco!!!

and to finish, and not to be mentioned last but not least, freshly made corn tortillas ..
One of the best birrias I have eaten in Jalisco !!!
