★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es muy buena, buena presentación y sazón, pero el servicio es pésimo, teníamos que estar preguntando constantemente por todo y tardaban bastante, 45 minutos para una entrada y 1:15 para la comida cuando el restaurante estaba como al 50% de su capacidad.
The food is very good, good presentation and seasoning, but the service is lousy, we had to constantly ask about everything and they took a long time, 45 minutes for an entry and 1:15 for the food when the restaurant was like 50% of its capacity.

They have almost nothing on the menu, no drinks or food, we didn't try the seasoning because we left after having a few beers of the only brand they had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar resalta de todos los demás, la comida muy rica, muy buena presentación, peeero nos tardaron 2 horas para entregar, eso se puede resolver, si tienen problemas en cocina, o saben que se va atrasar, avísenos; pregunten si nos van trayendo lo que va saliendo o todo junto porque unos platos ya no estaban calientes. No se paran por las mesas. no sabían si facturan y cobran el 3% por la tarjeta, que es muy poco pero se ve mal. El cliente lo que se lleva es como se sintió en la visita, y eso decide si vuelve o no. Y como experiencia al cliente le falta más capacitación al personal.
The place stands out from all the others, the food is very tasty, very good presentation, but it took us 2 hours to deliver, that can be solved, if you have problems in the kitchen, or know that you are going to be late, let us know; ask if they are bringing us what is coming out or everything together because some dishes were no longer hot. They don't stop by the tables. They did not know if they bill and charge 3% for the card, which is very little but it looks bad. What the client takes with him is how he felt on the visit, and that decides whether he returns or not. And as a customer experience, more staff training is lacking.
