El origen e historia de los Boxitos se remonta 25 años atrás, a causa de la escasez de propuestas de esta especialidad culinaria en la región.
Inicialmente se trataba de un lugar, donde únicamente se hacían pedidos para llevar.
El paso del tiempo, la constancia y el perfeccionamiento, dieron pauta a diferentes facetas que han ido migrando de generación en generación.
