fundador de casa moras Como Chef autodidacta inició su aventura gastronómica con los Banquetes Alan González llevando los sabores del Mundo a domicilio. En los siguientes años, estudia en talleres prácticos sobre cómo preparar la tradicional Paella Valenciana además de formarse como Chef Sr. en la escuela de gastronomía Dijón.
Finalmente, esta gran aventura gastronómica iniciada en el año 2004 lo lleva a crear la mejor Paella artesanal a la leña, como debe ser; dando así origen a Casa Moras Paella Valenciana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos encantó este lugar, la pizza es muy rica y la atención muy buena. También fuimos a desayunar y los bisquets están riquísimos y su mermelada ni se diga. Recomiendo mucho este lugar para ir a comer tranquilos y pasar un buen rato. Es pet friendly!
 We loved this place, the pizza is very tasty and the service is very good. We also went for breakfast and the biscuits are delicious and their jam is not to mention it. I highly recommend this place to go to eat quietly and have a good time. It is pet friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es buena, si. Pero hay puros hombres en el restaurante, todo se ve descuidado, la atención es buena pero para tenerla hay que perseguir a algún mesero. La orden de paella está en $300 con 600 gr, nadie te dice que el kilo está en $370, la omisión de esa información en el menú me parece muy mal. Los vasos que dan para la cerveza parece de los que le dan a los niños para la leche....
No sé, no regresaría y si lo hago es para llevar.
The food is good, yes. But there are only men in the restaurant, everything looks careless, the attention is good but to have it you have to chase a waiter. The paella order is $300 with 600 grams, nobody tells you that the kilo is $370, the omission of that information on the menu seems very bad to me. The glasses they give for beer seem like the ones they give children for milk....
I don't know, I wouldn't go back and if I do it is to take away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar muy rico, personal muy amable y con precios justos, el paquete del desayuno está excelente. El único detalle es que tardaron en tomarnos la orden, no tenían todo lo que ofertan en su menú y parecían un poco distraídos. De ahí en fuera, todo estuvo fenomenal.
A very rich place, very friendly staff and with fair prices, the breakfast package is excellent. The only detail is that they took a long time to take the order, they did not have everything on their menu and they seemed a bit distracted. From there on out, everything was phenomenal.
