If you go to the restaurant, make sure you book in advance. Due to its high quality, it is always crowded and busy, so avoid bad moments or long waiting times.
Make no mistake and go to Casa Reyna

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything in this restaurant was great. Food is delicious, staff is very friendly and helpful, from Valet Parking to waiters and hosts. Beautiful design of the place too.
I'd just recommend staff to be more cautious now in Cov2pandemic to be using gel every time they change dishes and grab or serve new ones from different tables

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I came I had a wonderful time having Chileno Nogada. The service was excellent and the ambience fabulous. O ce back days after to try the famous white mole but the service was just okay. They wanted to bring the appetizer (Ceviche en Mango) right after bringing me the soup and my main dish... They are also low in Mezcales so just ask them what do they have because their stock is not full. Great place to spend a romantic time with your beloved ones or lovers. Overall, good service!

I used to be a fan of this place but seems like they are back to business and they don’t care about quality and service anymore.
I asked for a Coconut “Atole” and thus came come, the waiter; a young man totally relaxed without any sense of service or care or nothing at all was in charge of our breakfast.
When our “Tacos Sudados” came to the table the garnishes were totally dry (from many days ago) and barely enough for one taco. I mentioned this to the waiter, not apologies, totally careless and he came with a new one but this time with a rotten lemon.
This was nothing but upsetting. I not planing to comeback with friends or family as I used to do it.
It’s time to discover new places in the most amazing gastronomic destination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food experience in the restaurant for us was the best in Mexico! Thanks so much! The mignon was just SO great with the cheese/chipotle dressing. Kids absolutely LOVED the 4 cheese pasta, the mole was amazing and the guacamole was just delicious. Wonderful place, huge recommendation from me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iconic restaurant in Puebla located in a 16th Century building. Recommended by local friend it was amazing experience for a authentic Puebla Mexican food. Also the place has a store selling handmade ceramic utensils which is speciality of the local heritage. Highly recommended. Downtown Puebla has very nice historic Churches if you are interested in history

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can not say anything about the food and service. It was super good. The ambiance and the decorations are very pleasant and there are places to buy handicraft.
We had breakfasted and the food was very good specially the pastries and bread were baked in house. Warm and fresh.
The only point which maybe they want to improve is their reservation team which were not responsive by phone and second not very polite when we asked for table and couple of unsuccessful try to make the reservation
