★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de los estudiantes es muy buena, son muy amables, la presentación de los platos es impecable, ahora la ejecución de los mismos no es muy acertada, al menos en lo que yo pedí, que es el envuelto de arroz y el quiché.
Podría mejorar bastante al cuidar el punto de sal en el quiché, el comino en aderezo de la ensalada y el envuelto de arroz definitivo necesita una reestructuración completa, sabe mucho a almidón, el sabor que se supone que debería ser dulce RS neutro y en ciertas partes hasta ácido por el exceso de almidón.
The attention of the students is very good, they are very friendly, the presentation of the dishes is impeccable, now the execution of them is not very successful, at least in what I asked for, which is the rice and quiche wrap.
It could improve a lot by taking care of the salt point in the quiche, the cumin in salad dressing and the definitive rice wrap needs a complete restructuring, it tastes a lot like starch, the taste that is supposed to be sweet RS neutral and in certain parts until acidic by excess starch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar excelente para probar las propuestas de sus estudiantes de cocina que en cada temporada sorprende a los queretanos y visitantes. Tiene dos temporadas al año que van según los periodos académicos por lo que en vacaciones permanecen cerrados. Si eres amante de la gastronomía pues no puedes dejar de visitarlo y descubrir las propuestas de cada temporada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurante de escuela de gastronomía, en donde se encuentran practicando diversos jóvenes, excelente servicio de las lindas chicas que atienden, el Chef y todo el personal de la cocina, dedicados y esmerandose en la preparación de los alimentos; platillos presentados de manera gourmet ricos y originales, las bebibas también deliciosas. Precios muy razonables. Seguramente regresaremos pronto, dejamos nuestros datos para que nos avisen de sus eventos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La experiencia es buenísima. Tienen un menú casi de autor. Así que encuentras unos platillos que suenan muy bien. Yo probé unos hotcakes de avena deliciosos, un omelete de requesón con una salsa de coliflor que está buenísima. El chocolate mexicano con agua me encantó. Las mimosas no tienen pierde jajaja
Y la cereza es la atención en mesa. Súper amables.
The experience is great. They have a menu almost author. So you find some dishes that sound very good. I tried some delicious oatmeal pancakes, a cottage cheese omelet with a cauliflower sauce that is delicious. Mexican chocolate with water loved it. The mimosas have no loses hahaha
And the cherry is the attention at the table. Super friendly
