Love this little restaurant, the menu is a basic dinner like kitchen, but also offers combos for breakfast and lunch, the good quesadillas, enchiladas and has some fish specialties. Have only been there for quick bites, and the staff is really good and fast. Not sure about the level of bilingual skills, but you will certainly get by.
Tortillas are handmade in place and that is one additional feat of the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traditional Mexican cuisine with local delights from the state of Oaxaca. Such a wide variety of things, it was hard for me to decide what I wanted. Everything is handmade from scratch with fresh ingredients. Really good place for real Mexican food. They don't accept card and I'd reccomend you pay in pesos but they do take dollars.
