★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Sabor es muy rico en comparación de otros puestos del lugar (San Pedro Saucito)
Ofrecen variedad de platillos... Caldos (Menudo con pan con mantequilla, Gallina Pinta, Pozole)
Tacos y Burros (con Tortillas de Harina sobaqueras echas ahí al momento, muy ricas)
Carne con Chile (Deliciosa) en orden con frijol y queso, Tamales de Carne y Elote, y muchos más.
La primera vez me quedé un Gran Sabor y buena imagen;
Sólo que al volver a visitar ? después de esperar por más de 15 minutos ser atendidos para ordenar (ya con hojas de menú entregadas anteriormente)...
Y después de abordar a 4 personas (colaboradores del lugar que andaban por áreas de mesas) solicitando poder pedir; Todos decían "si, solo espere un momento ahorita viene alguien" ?
Y aún seguimos por unos 10 minutos más... Decidimos mejor salir de lugar.
(Aclaro, no fuimos los únicos. Había por lo menos unas 4-6 mesas con clientes igual en espera)
Sugerencia: CONTRATEN MÁS PERSONAl, por lo menos para Fin de Semana.

 The flavor is very rich compared to other places in the place (San Pedro Saucito)
They offer a variety of dishes ... Broths (Menudo with bread and butter, Gallina Pinta, Pozole)
Tacos and Burros (with Harina Tortillas sobaqueras made there at the moment, very rich)
Carne con Chile (Delicious) in order with beans and cheese, Tamales de Carne y Elote, and many more.
The first time I was left with a Great Taste and a good image;
Only when you visit again ? after waiting for more than 15 minutes to be attended to order (already with menu sheets previously delivered) ...
And after approaching 4 people (collaborators of the place that walked by areas of tables) requesting to be able to order; They all said "yes, just wait a moment now someone is coming" ?
And we still continue for about 10 more minutes ... We decided better to get out of place.
(I clarify, we were not the only ones. There were at least 4-6 tables with similar customers waiting)
Suggestion: HIRE MORE PERSONAL, at least for the Weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí gallina pinta y solo traía un trozo de carne pegado a un hueso enorme. Mucho grano, nada de carne. El sabor bueno, pero si le falto la carne al caldo.
I asked for a pint of chicken and it only brought a piece of meat stuck to a huge bone. Much grain, no meat. The flavor is good, but the meat is missing from the broth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rica comida regional. Burros, gallina pinta y por supuesto tamales. Varios platillos basados en elote. Un puesto de dulces y otros alimentos regionales como jamoncillo, miel, etc. Mesas al aire libre, y buena atención. Precios bajos. No hay caldo de queso o cocido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida muy rica pero la actitud de un par de empleados nefasta al poner riesgo la seguridad de los comensales, incluidos niños, al encender y mover cuatrimotos de reversa dentro del establecimiento a escasos centímetros de las mesas sin ningún tipo de medida de seguridad.
The food is very tasty but the attitude of a couple of employees is harmful by putting the safety of diners at risk, including children, by turning on and moving ATVs in reverse within the establishment a few inches from the tables without any type of security measure.
