Francamente me descepcionó mucho la paella y el mole rosa. A los amigos del restaurante les recomiendo que agreguen a su menú una tarjeta o un pedazo de papel con los platillos recomendados por su cocina (los que son hechos el mismo día), así evitarán que sus comensales se vayan con un mal sabor de boca por recibir platillos recalentados de días. Mis mejores deseos y suerte. The attention of the staff is very good and friendly. If you go I suggest you order the most common, soup of the day and something easy to prepare. Frankly, I was very disappointed in the paella and the pink mole. To the friends of the restaurant I recommend that you add a card or a piece of paper to your menu with the dishes recommended by your kitchen (those that are made the same day), this way you will prevent your guests from leaving with a bad taste in their mouths due to receiving reheated plates for days. Demoro bastante y el pozole que pedí no me supo a nada y eso que moría de hambre. Era simple maíz con agua, en mis 27 años de vida había probado algo así. No vayan, es horrible. Aunque si debes ser paciente ya que es muy concurrido. Solo pago en efectivo, no aceptan tarjeta. Muy buen sazón, tortillas hechas a mano. El mole rosa es uno de los platillos de la región, no es picosa, es más bien dulce porque está hecha con semillas como el piñon y el cacahuate y le dan color con betabel. El agua de bugambilia es rica, pero me dejó decepcionada ya que es agua de limón con color rosa. No sé si le dieron color con algún colorante artificial. En general buena atención. Sí lo recomiendo.
