★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionada, llegue a las 10:30 y tome bufete, había caldo tal tlalpeño sin carne solo verduras?,pusieron 4 "molletes" pero era media rebanada de bolillo con untada de frijol encima algo de queso Oaxaca y encima cebolla con jitomate, cabe mencionar qué el pan estaba frío, como una media torta porque no estaba dorado ni menos gratinado el queso.
En el bufete habia: chilaquiles, caldo tlalpeño sin carne, 2 tacos dorados de pollo "mojados de aceite" y huevo revueto, si deseabas te hacían quesadilla únicamente queso, algo de fruta y huevos al gusto a y 1 oreja únicamente en la mesa de bufete como "pan dulce" solo una oreja.
La atención del mesero buena.
Sabor de la comida, nada sorprendente, algo muy común, no regresare, el bufete fue deplorable y sabor nada característico de una buena cocina.
 Disappointed, I arrived at 10:30 and had a buffet, there was such a tlalpeño soup without meat, only vegetables?, they put 4 "molletes" but it was half a slice of bolillo with a spread of beans on top of some Oaxaca cheese and onion with tomato on top, it is worth mentioning that the bread was cold, like a half cake because the cheese was not browned, nor was it gratin.
In the buffet there were: chilaquiles, tlalpeño broth without meat, 2 golden chicken tacos "soaked in oil" and scrambled egg, if you wanted they made you a quesadilla only cheese, some fruit and eggs to taste and 1 ear only at the buffet table like "sweet bread" just one ear.
The waiter's attention was good.
Taste of the food, nothing surprising, something very common, I will not return, the buffet was deplorable and taste nothing characteristic of a good kitchen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucho mejor que hace unos meses: mejoraron la imagen y cambiaron para bien el menú ampliando la oferta. Además FINALMENTE entendieron que el servicio es la sangre del negocio y ahora tienen más que un mesero.
Much better than a few months ago: they improved the image and changed the menu for the better by expanding the offer. Also they FINALLY understood that service is the lifeblood of the business and now they have more than one waiter.

Hacen agua de frutas de temporada, en diciembre se puede disfrutar de agua de tejocote.
No es vegan friendly y sólo aceptan pagos en efectivo.
