★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO. Íbamos de pasada y al ver que tenían "menú variado" decidimos entrar y resulta que a la hora de ordenar, solo tenían quesadillas y tlacoyos ? para colmo, no tenían de todas...
Servicio lento y peor aún, se pidió una última quesadilla que nunca llegó... se le recordó y aún así TARDARON TANTO que decidimos pararnos para pagar.
Y si, también para dar el cambio tardaron horrores. La chica nunca ofreció disculpas, así que además de inepta, soberbia.
La limpieza del lugar deja mucho que desear. Yo no se como en las fotos aquí publicadas no salen las siete mil moscas que andan rondando. De verdad tuvimos paciencia y soportamos todo...que mensos nos vinimos...
Y ya para rematar, con respecto a la "comida", SIN GRACIA Y SIN SABOR. Literal se ha convertido en el peor de garnachas al que haya ido en mi vida y por todos los aspectos.
De verdad no crean que por qué un lugar está lleno, "está bueno". Aquí NO aplica en lo absoluto.
APPALLING. We went in passing and seeing that they had "varied menu" we decided to enter and it turns out that at the time of ordering, they only had quesadillas and tlacoyos ? to top it off, they did not have all ...
Slow service and even worse, a last quesadilla was requested that never arrived ... it was reminded and even then they TAKEN SO MUCH that we decided to stop to pay.
And yes, they also took horrors to make the change. The girl never offered apologies, so in addition to inept, superb.
The cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired. I do not know how the photos published here do not leave the seven thousand flies that are hanging around. We really had patience and we endured everything ... that we came ...
And to finish, with respect to the "food", WITHOUT GRACE AND WITHOUT FLAVOR. Literal has become the worst grenache I have ever been in my life and in all aspects.
Do not really believe that why a place is full, "it's good". Here it does NOT apply at all.
