★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time; Javier and David took very good care of me. I liked the smoked marlin at the table. The melted cheese was not very melted. Had to cut it with a knife. Will order something more special next time. Seafood restaurant next to a seafood restaurant. We'll see how it goes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was very delicious, service is truly top notch and the atmosphere is amazing. Not a cheap restaurant tho. Expect to pay $25 USD per person. The restaurant is only 3 months old as of writing and it shows, everything is new, clean and modern. Highly recommend!
We got plagued by flies and mosquitoes tho. I suggest coming earlier in the day, when the mosquitoes aren’t out or wear mosquito repellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an excellent afternoon at El Estero. We arrived a little early and were invited to sit or walk around the grassy area and admire the iguanas + turtles. The settings in the afternoon is extremely entertaining. Birds, turtles, iguanas, even a small alligator. The grassy area goes right into the lagoon. The service was extremely good and attentive. The food was also very good. We had fish fillet and zarandeado whole fish which was excellent. We also had a warm seafood cocktail that was delicious. We drank a margarita that was flavourful and a very cold beer. This would be a very fun entertaining spot if you have children that enjoy wildlife. I highly recommend this beautiful location + restaurant.
