★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The in laws who live in Aguascalientes brought us to this place far a late breakfast and we were not disappointed. I mean they have “Menudos” in their name so they better be good right? There are a few menudo combinations you can order with things like pigs feet, intestines, fat, and the thicker tripe. We all ordered a few different bowls and tried everyone’s family style. The broth was perfect and meats were excellent. Side garnish’s are provided alongside your menudo and they also put on a cool apron on you before you eat.
Overall a good experience and this was the preferred place of the in laws.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best menudos I’ve had if not the best. Menudo is not greasy like other places. It can be busy but it’s worth the wait. I was offered a “cuajadilla” something like a fried menudo taco, It was delicious!
It’s best to go early because they sell out of some menu items.
