★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was slow. Food was cold and tasted like it was reheated. Fried food was chewy, like it had been reheated. They had 2 different sets of speakers going at once and it was annoying. Finally, the mobile credit card device that they use didn't work so cash had to be used. Go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place with a view. It gets pretty windy if you sit on the edge. Food is okay. Not too expensive in my opinion compared to many restaurants that their primary focus is the location / experience. 4 stars due to the food not being "all that" and for the place allowing solicitors to enter and wanting to sell you either more food or random items every few minutes.
