About Restaurante Emilianos
La construcción de Hotel Cristal se inicio en el año de 1949 por el Sr. Francisco Aguilar Pérez, la obra estaba a cargo del Sr. Trinidad Escorcia y fue así como en el año de 1953-1954 con 10 habitaciones abrió por primera vez sus puertas y comenzó a ofrecer el servicio de hospedaje el cual desde aquella época ya comenzaba a ser demandado en la Ciudad de Chignahaupan.
Hotel Cristal a lo largo de su historia ha pertenecido a diversos propietarios. En el año de 1999 la Sra. Ramona Lagunes Lagunes vende la empresa a el Sr. Ignacio Ortega Ramírez y su esposa la Sra. Concepción Lozada Adame. La reapertura del hotel no se dio de manera inmediata debido a que este ya se encontraba muy deteriorado motivo por el cual fue necesaria su remodelación. Su reinauguración se dio en el año 2002 con 17 habitaciones.
Hoy en día la empresa cuenta con un total de 47 habitaciones que atiende a una capacidad máxima de 160 personas, servicio de restaurante, operadora para recorridos turísticos, salón de eventos, spa, bar y dos suites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vista bonita, la comida está "buena" pero el servicio es muy malo, no llevan el servicio completo ( el agua, servilletas,cubiertos, tortillas, todo lo llevan a tu mesa cuando quieren o ya has insistido mucho para que te lleven las cosas).

La atención es muy cordial y atenta. De entrada te regalan pan y una mantequilla preparada con hiervas que es deliciosa ojalá la vendieran para llevar. Muy recomendable para pasar un buen rato

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La vista es excelente y el personal muy amable, me quedó debiendo un poco la comida y el jugo. A mi platillo le faltó sabor, al grado de no llevar cebolla, pero lo vale por la vista y la amabilidad de los chicos.
The view is excellent and the staff very friendly, I owed a little for the food and the juice. My dish lacked flavor, to the point of not having onions, but it's worth it for the view and the kindness of the guys.
