Quite low quality ramen, I got stomach problems after having it. I’ve tried many ramen bars and I LOVE ramen, but I wasn’t impressed this time Tonkotsu ramen is my favorite dish and I always get excited for it, but this time the flavor was quite plain, I expected to have some spicy chilly oil but it didn’t really have a lot of flavor and it wasn’t spicy either. I would expect that they had tonkotsu ramen in the menu but they didn’t. I had to ask for it and the cheff said it’s fine, which was very nice from him. But the egg was overcooked, usually the center is soft, but this time it was all cooked. Usually it’s marinated in soy souce for 24 hrs, so it has a nice flavor. This was just a plain boiled egg. On top of that they didn’t have any alcoholic drinks, i was expecting to have a Sapporo beer, typical Japanese beer at a ramen bar, but the waitress said they don’t have an alcohol selling license yet, so i asked for some sparkling water, so the waitress said they don’t have cold sparkling water either, so i ended up having some calpis, it was bottled but still fine. Next day i woke up with a heavy stomach ache and my body ejected the ramen immediately. Perhaps the pork was not very fresh. Im always keen for ramen because of its high quality nutrients and the detailed cooking process, but this time i had a closer experience to fast food I would recommend you to try some other place
