★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb quality service. The food was delicious and at an affordable price. I've been looking for a high end restaurant that served excellent food in Puebla for two years and to my surprise I found this classy establishment outside of the city.
The beef was perfect with perfect carmelized red onions with perfect limonada de limón sevillano (lemon juice concoction) and a perfect self serve salad bar. I hate salad! But their ingredients were outstanding!
I highly recommend this restaurant, we visited after visiting the beautiful Laguna de Alchichica.
