Lo único rescatable, la vista y que se puede disfrutar el clima frío The place looks super neglected and dirty, bad food, horrible coffee, slow service and apart from that there was a musician with a violin who had the volume too high so you couldn't even talk. The only redeemable thing, the view and that you can enjoy the cold weather

Llamé temprano y me dijeron que no había reservaciones y al llegar hubo varios que entraron argumentando que tenían reservación, mientras tanto esperé con mi familia poco más de una hora. Llegando pregunté por registrarme y dijeron que solo me formara. Más tarde salió otra señorita a apuntar a algunos y le mencioné mi caso y me apuntó. Al llegar al frente de la fila salió otra señorita llamando por nombre y al explicarle se acercaron otros y todo un lío. Pasamos y más que lento el servicio, pedí huevos tiernos en los chilaquiles, llegaron bien cocidas las yemas y pedí me lo cambiaran por favor, regresaron y venían igual... Tardaron en traer los jugos y salieron con que ya no había lo que pedimos, así que pedimos otros jugos y tardaron mucho en llevarlos, teniendo que pedirlos nuevamente. Vimos pasar nuestros platillos por prácticamente todas las mesas (y no fuimos los únicos) porque no tenían idea de para qué mesa eran. Y al final nunca llevaron un platillo que pedimos para nuestra niña. Desorganización total, sucio, desordenado, viejo y descuidado. No han sido los peores chilaquiles que hemos probado, pero nada espectacular para la espera. Su arrachera ni a arrachera sabe... Lo rescatable, el pan dulce (parecía integral) y medianamente la vista (además de que tienes que estar cerca del barandal para que funcione mejor). Tal vez en algún momento fue bueno, porque sí que tiene gente, pero PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA. The worst I've had lately. We passed and the service was more than slow, I asked for soft eggs in the chilaquiles, the yolks arrived well cooked and I asked if they would change it for me, please, they came back and they came the same... They took a while to bring the juices and they came out saying that there was no longer what we asked for , so we asked for other juices and they took a long time to bring them, having to ask again. We saw our plates pass by practically every table (and we weren't the only ones) because they had no idea what table they were for. And in the end they never brought a dish that we ordered for our girl. Total disorganization, dirty, messy, old and neglected. They have not been the worst chilaquiles we have tried, but nothing spectacular for the wait. Your flank steak doesn't even know... The salvageable, the sweet bread (it seemed wholemeal) and moderately the view (in addition to the fact that you have to be near the railing for it to work better). De ahí en fuera, las mesas y todo el piso están sucios, hay mesas de plástico con manteles super feos al lado de mesas de vidrio grandes, entonces no hay como un orden en el lugar. La atención es PÉSIMA, no tienen ni siquiera comandas o notas, entonces tratan de "memorizar" todo y después te están pregunte y pregunte que más era lo que ordenaste. Pedí un café y JAMÁS ME LO LLEVARON, ya ni porque le decia a cada mesero que pasaba, al final me enojé mucho porque no fueron como para decirme que ya no tenían café, hasta el final que ya pedí un agua, me dijeron que no tenían más café. A mi mamá nunca le llevaron un vaso con agua y una fruta que pidió. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR, Y REALMENTE NO SÉ PORQUE TIENE FILA DE ESPERA SI ESTÁ HORRIBLE. I went to have breakfast with my family on Sunday 04/03/2022 To begin with, the only "nice" thing that this place could have is the small and reduced view that there is. The attention is AWFUL, they don't even have orders or notes, so they try to "memorize" everything and then they ask you and ask what else was what you ordered. E	Eduardo Hernandez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está muy bien, es amplio con 12 mesas, algunas grandes algunas dobles, el precio de los desayunos es de 150 pesos con café, pan, fruta, jugo y un plato fuerte, la verdad es suficiente para acabar satisfecho. El lugar cuenta con estacionamiento y es Pet Friendly, recomendable llegar temprano para agarrar mesa con buena vista, la gente tarda bastante en irse entonces puedes esperar mucho por una mesa con vista, la sazón no es la mejor, no es mala, nada fuera de lo normal. Hace mucho viento entonces traer abrigo ea indispensable. La música de fondo en las mañanas y de los pájaros es relajante. Los precios son bastante razonables, la comida es buena y el café de olla es delicioso! Sii decides hospedarte les recomiendo mucho que reserven la cabaña 2 que es la mejor por la vista, terraza y jacuzzi. Leí reseñas malas de otras personas y posiblemente les toco un mal día por que a mi me toco un muy buen servicio y el lugar se me hizo muy único, no encuentras algo asi en Qro. You feel out of Qro, it is a space to hang out, have breakfast with the whole family in a quiet environment. The background music in the mornings and the birds are relaxing. The prices are quite reasonable, the food is good and the pot coffee is delicious! If you decide to stay, I highly recommend that you book cabin 2, which is the best for the view, terrace and jacuzzi. I read bad reviews from other people and possibly they had a bad day because I got a very good service and the place was very unique, you can't find something like that in Qro.
