Terrible service! It takes almost 2 hours to give the food you ask for, I understand that it is prepared at the moment but I consider that the waiting time is excessive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos atendió Abel, déjeme decirles que es el mejor mesero. Tuvo muy bonitas atenciones con nosotros, hasta se ofreció a tomarnos fotos. Enserio que nos iso la noche muy especial. No solo nos llevo la comida, también nos explico sobre vinos. Nos iso platica y nos conosio un poco. Pasamos una cena muy agradable Gracias a Abel.
Abel attended us, let me tell you that he is the best waiter. He had very nice attention with us, he even offered to take pictures of us. Seriously, it was a very special night for us. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, la atención los alimentos cumplieron mis expectativas, Sr. Roberto y Miguel nos tendió en bebidas sugeridas y Excelente la preparación. Una excelente sugerencia para cenar, hay que ser un poco pacientes en la espera puesto que el lugar tiene cupo lleno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente, durante nossa estadia no Grand Royal Cancún agendamos três noites no Andiamo , comida maravilhosa atendimento espetacular, fomos atendidos pelo garçom Carlos muito simpático e atencioso e os vinhos recomendados pela sommelier Guadalupe foram super acertivos .
Ah …. Guadalupe além de dominar muito bem sua função é uma simpatia em pessoa .
Tbm estivemos no restaurante oriental do Grand Royal Cancún , péssima comida , sem sabor , ar condicionado no toco , muito frio mesmo , ambiente muito bonito , porém a comida deixa muito a desejar .
Excellent, during our stay at the Grand Royal Cancún we booked three nights at Andiamo, wonderful food, spectacular service, we were served by the very friendly and attentive waiter Carlos and the wines recommended by the sommelier Guadalupe were super accurate.
Oh…. Guadalupe, in addition to mastering his role very well, is a person of sympathy.
We were also at the oriental restaurant at the Grand Royal Cancún, terrible food, no flavor, air conditioning on the stump, really cold, very nice atmosphere, but the food leaves a lot to be desired.
