The food is delicious and very reasonably priced but what makes this restaurant stand out is the presentation - it is true artistry!

Great food, but only one type of beer ?. No selection to choose from.

We were traveling from Uxmal to Bacalar and we spotted Ko’ox Janal on the road and the good reviews didn’t disappointed at all. Nice waiters, amazing food! We took the mixed seafood ceviche and the Vera Cruz Octopus! 5 stars guys. And thanks to put Juventus game on TV!

This place is so good for seafood but also about as far as you can get from the coast in the yucatan penninsula. Fantastic food at great prices!

Sincerely recommend! We were looking for a meal on our way to Tulum, and were fortunate enough to choose this place. It's a bit off the main street, and from the outside we had some reservations. No Menu in English, not one in Spanish was available, we just pointed to the pictures from Google. First came the drinks, then in like 5min the compliments from this restaurant - chips and soup of different seafood. The main food was ready very fast too, and - wow - it was something to enjoy. The presentation - truely amazing, the prettiest reddish and tomato flowers I have ever seen! ? The portion size was quite large, and the taste was great! So far (5days) - the most satisfying dining experience in Mexico. The cost of 2 drinks and 2 mains - 317pesos. Amazing price/performance. Also appreciated clean and comfy establishment in general. Thank you!

Great place to eat, cannot comment on fact that they have only shrimp as we ordered only those, but both dishes were great, ceviche and shrimp in Garlic both wet great, maybe I could have wanted few more shrimps compared to what was on my wife's ceviche but taste was good and it was only 130 and 135. Beer was 30 and you get a small free seafood soup which was great as well. The only downside is they don't really have menu so if you don't speak Spanish as we you have o work the pictures from here. ?
