El servicio deja mucho que desear, solo dos meseros para 15 mesas, ojo en eso pedí una ensalada y no me preguntaron si deseaba aderezo simplemente la bañaron en salsa inglesa, los pleitos de la cocina se escuchan hasta los baños y el espagueti a la boloñesa sabía a los que venden ya precocinados en los autoservicio, hora y media para lo poco que consumí y el precio no lo vale

Where should I start ? We visited this place last night as a special goodbye dinner before we headed back to the states with our family. Should we start by saying that it took about 40 minutes just for us to receive our drinks ? Non alcoholic. The chips they brought to us while we waited over an hour to get our food were hard as a rock. The fish my husband ordered was burnt and hard, but they tried to cover it by putting the burnt side down. The waitress went on to tell my husband that this is the way they always cook it ?? My daughter ordered a salad. The lettuce was disgusting and tasted like pesticides on it ??. The lettuce on top our plates was old & browned. When we complained about our daughters salad, they brought it back consisting of a few pieces of shredded chicken and cucumbers , then had the nerve to still charge us full price . My nephew ordered, I believe, fried pork or chicken . He said that it tasted like they dumped a bowl of salt on it , it was too salty to eat . He only ate the fries and again they charged us full price. The only food that was good , was the shrimp Salad in an ?alvacado that my mother in law & I ordered. And the horchata was excellent ! Believe me, these two things are the only reason I would give it a 1 star, even If I could give it a Zero. As for the service ? The girl was nice, but slow as hell. We were the only patrones in the place for most of our dinner and it still took forever for her to bring us anything , especially our change . I honestly don’t know how this place got such good ratings. They must have paid people to say good things. This was truly a waste of money and we would have had better food and service at alittle taco stand ...such a huge disappointment for such a special night for us
