★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estupendos tacos a la orilla de la carretera México-Texcoco. Donde veas trailers estacionados, hay buena comida. Con tortilla echada a mano, cerros de bisteck con cebolla, cecina, y una exquisita longaniza preparada con muchos ingredientes, salsas de lo mejor en especial la roja. Recomiendo los tacos de combinación carnero/cerdo estilo árabe. Lástima que no abren los fines de semana.
 Great tacos on the edge of the Mexico-Texcoco highway. Wherever you see parked trailers, there is good food. With handmade tortilla, hills of steak with onion, cecina, and an exquisite longaniza prepared with many ingredients, the best sauces especially the red one. I recommend the Arabic-style mutton/pork combination tacos. Too bad they don't open on weekends.
